Gabriel had his last soccer game. After the game the coach handed out trophies.
Came home, washed up, then we made a quick stop at Target and on to Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday party for Jaden and Vincent, our next door neighbors.
On the way back the jeep died. On the turn-around at Bandera and 1604!
The soulless, nameless intern and his foxy girlfriend assisted me back home. The coolant was literally boiling and one of the belts had snapped.
The guys worked on the jeep for a bit. Well, Brandon did, whats-his-name observed.
Quickly, I changed the car seats out and got into the sedan to head to another bday party for Benjamin - he made an appearance on the blog on an earlier post when he and Nicky accompanied us to Seaworld. The transmission light came on in the sedan.
We went anyway. They live only a couple of miles away so it was a small risk.
It's been a long day. The kids are in bed. Why am I blogging? I should be in bed too - afterall, I'm getting up uber-early to train for the half marathon with my new running partner, Beth! Busy days these are, busy days.
